I know no one on tumblr cares about all my doodles of people from obscure bluegrass bands, but here’s one anyway.

Cooper McBean from The Devil Makes Three. They played at Woodsongs this week and they were fantastic. This guy looked totally killer.

While on a plane headed to France, I once tried to comfort my airplane-phobic boyfriend by saying that dying in a plane crash wouldn’t be too bad since it would be fast we would die together. He didn’t think that was funny.

So this was my valentine for him today. XD

Because, come on, RIGHT? What is more romantic than dying together?? Happy Valentine’s Day, friends!

Kind of in love with Daley right now. Still angry that I saw Gorillaz the week before he joined the tour. >_<  This is based on a shot from the music viddy for Doncamatic. I think I will do one from Smoking Gun next— someone tell this kid to stop being so beautiful.

This has nothing to do with anything I ever post, but at Woodsongs last night, The Little Willies played and it was just fantastic. They were probably the most adorable band ever.  Especially the electric guitarist Jim Campilongo— he probably smiles enough for the whole band. I just had to draw them! If you like twangy, old-timey country classics I 100% recommend checking them out.

I hope they come back to the show one millions times and I also hope we don’t have 500 technical problems during the show like we did last night. The theater was conspiring against us!
